Super specialty hospital catering to General Medicine, general surgery, Gastroenterology, Cardiac Science-Adult & Paediatric, Orthopaedics, Neurology – Interventional & Surgery, Pulmonology & Renal Sciences.

The facility is planned for 113 beds inclusive of a 25 bedded ICU and patient rooms as General Wards, single, twin sharing & suite rooms of total 69 beds with casualty and pre and post operative service 19 beds.

The facility has been divided into 3 towers with a central courtyard. The natural light from the courtyard area indirectly illuminates the courtyard facing side of the towers on all 3 floors.

Surgical department has one Major OT with laminar flow system, Ortho OT and a septic OT. Cath Lab installed for minimally invasive procedure used to diagnose and treat various heart conditions.

Divided into 3 towers – A, B, & C Ground Floor Tower A: 15 Consultation OPDs for a variety of specialities, Treatment Area, Waiting area Tower B: Casualty with minor OT for emergency care, Day care facility, Pharmacy & other services. Tower C: Complete Diagnostic Centre and Laboratories. First Floor Tower A & B: Inpatient Rooms – Single, Twin & Suites Tower C: Separate Male & Female General Wards for general and economy categories, Waiting space for relatives/ attendants, HDU rooms, Isolation room, Stores, Nursing and Housekeeping Staff Rooms, Pantry. Second Floor Tower A: Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Isolation rooms Tower B: – Cath Lab and OT, Dialysis & radial lounge, Cardiac ICU, Waiting Space for relatives/attendants, Pantry. Administrative, accounts & conference and boardroom with common toilets stores etc.

Salient Features of This Project

Courtyard planning with skylight for natural light acts as a focal point and connects the spaces together. Natural light and ventilation creates a sense of openness, boosts morale and also contributes to energy saving by reducing artificial lighting.
