Gokul Scan & Diagnostic Centre was founded in 1994 by Dr. Gokul Thakker, a visionary who always tried to excel in his speciality. He wanted to offer the best in terms of knowledge, technology and quality, irrespective of patient status. Client’s Vision

The project brief was to design a Diagnostic setup. The facility was required to be planned for two Ultrasound rooms, one mammography room, X-ray with a waiting area for the patients, an administration and utility room for staff.

Our Approach for Executing the Project

The client’s vision of being able to offer complete care in limited floor-space was achieved through precision planning to accommodate waiting area, 1 consultation room, Ultrasound rooms, X-ray room with all Services in 1500 sq.ft. area along with utilities spaces.

The Facility is designed taking patient’s psychology into account such as providing fresh air and pleasant colour schemes so as to aid the healing powers of nature with a feel at home. The simple yet eye catching ambience was achieved by use of colour blocking scheme for interiors which added to the openness of the space while at the same time giving it a character.

 Salient Features of This Project

  • The spaces are designed keeping in mind the client’s simplistic approach by introducing the concept of Colour Blocking using pastel shades as highlight wall.
  • Soothing colour palette was used in order to comfort patient’s vision.
  • This project was taken up by our team in Turnkey execution and marks a beginning to our new division of Turnkey projects.
  • The brief was to design a simple design for a diagnostic facility as the client was cautious about cleanliness being maintained in the set-up due to the age group of his patients.
